Flood Chronology

Noah's Ark

Noah's Ark

This is a very detailed look at the time references concerning the Flood and what calendar existed for our antediluvian fathers. Though the very technical personality will enjoy this discourse; there are blessings in store for the numerically challenged as well.

  1. I think this was an extraordinary explanation by Frank Shallieu of the flood in Noah’s day covering a limited area in 1656 BC and dealing with the situation at hand involving those who were condemned, the wicked angels and their nephilim progeny, the giants and those who were to be saved, viz., eight souls – Noah and his wife; Ham and his wife, Shem and his wife and Japeth and his wife. They were the ones chosen to revitalize the world and were in the “Ark of Safety.” How wise of God to do this to “regenerate the world” so that we can be here today. He is truly a wise and loving God whose ways are past finding out; but today, to a limited extent we can get a glimpse of the wonderful plan of salvation of which that flood symbolically prefigured. Thank you. God bless you and yours.
