Overturn Until He ComeNov 21st, 2011 | By admin | Category: 2010, Newsletters (click on Newsletter name)
And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high. I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him. Ezekiel 21:25-27
Many of us have read this scripture and have even equated it with the Return of our Lord, but do we really understand what it is saying? Do we understand what the “overturns” represent. This is a very exciting prophecy not only about our Lord’s Second Coming, but about events that have to occur in the tiny nation of Israel as well. Israel becoming a nation in 1948 was a necessary fulfillment of other prophecies which set up for this final prophecy. This prophecy and others describing the same time period could never happen until Israel had become a nation again. We are living in very exciting times!
